Bengaluru Police have filed an FIR against the RCB franchise, DNA Entertainment Networks, and the KSCA Administrative Committee following the tragic stampede on Wednesday that resulted in 11 fatalities. The FIR, registered at Cubbon Park Police Station, cites criminal negligence.
