Telangana and Andhra Pradesh police arrested two individuals, Sameer from Hyderabad and Siraj Ur Rehman from Vizianagaram. They were allegedly planning bomb blasts. Siraj procured bomb-making materials online. The duo intended to test explosives near Vizianagaram. Intelligence officials intervened after learning of the conspiracy. Interrogation revealed plans for a terrorist strike.
